Refund Policy
Scope and Applicability
- The policy is for all the students coming to enroll in coaching of classes 8th to 12th, NEET, and JEE.
- The policy is drawn as per the "Guidelines for Regulation of Coaching Centers January 2024".
General Principles
- The institute is open and transparent in managing fee refund cases.
- The refund application has to be made in writing with the original fee receipt and the reason for leaving.
Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of Starting Classes: 100% of tuition will be refunded after deduction of a non-refundable registration fee.
- Within 15 Days after Starting the Classes : 80% of tuition will be refunded.
- Within 30 Days after Starting the Classes: 50% of tuition will be refunded.
- After 30 Days Starting the Classes : No refund will be made.
Special Conditions
- Medical Issue: In such a circumstance where medical conditions or illness is very severe to the student to continue attending the classes is not possible, in that case, a prorated refund can be done in case medical proof is available.
- Transfer/Relocation : In such a scenario where a student transfers to another city or country, a prorated fee may be refunded if a proof of transfer is given.
Refund Procedure
- Submit a written application for refund, along with the original fee receipt and a written application mentioning the reason for leaving, from the administrative office.
- The application has to be signed by the student and parents/guardians.
- The institute will consider and convey the decision pertaining to the application within 15 working days.
- Approved refunds will be conveyed with 30 working days from the date of approval.
Bank Charges and Transaction Fees
- Any bank charges and transaction fees shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute or grievance related to the refunding fee shall be dealt by the Grievance Redressal Committee of the institute.
- The decision of the Grievance Redressal Committee will be final and binding.
Policy Review and Amendments
- Policy is open for review and amendments from time to time as deemed fit by the management of the institute and within the guidelines of the regulation.
